Is hypnosis legit?
Yes. Hypnosis is a measurable state of the brain (Stanford, Jiang et al. 2017) and one of the most researched methods for change. You stay aware enough to get up at any moment, and you’re in control the whole time. It has nothing to do with stage shows.
How much time does it take?
One hypnosis takes about 60 minutes. You listen at night, at the time your mind would be racing anyway. Every eight days, there’s a new one.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Your first hypnosis is free, and so is the analysis session. We talk about the cost of the program in that session, once it’s clear what you need.
Does this replace therapy?
No. Hypnosis is self-help for healthy people who want to change something. Depression, trauma or an acute crisis belong in the hands of a doctor or therapist. We say that clearly.
